Colonel E.H. Taylor Warehouse C Bourbon Whiskey
E.H. Taylor, Jr. Warehouse C is a limited-edition, 10-year-old Bottled-in-Bond bourbon aged in the historic warehouse built by Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. in 1885. The barrels were matured in the center of Warehouse C, with half aging on the dry, tightly packed second floor and the remainder on the well-ventilated fifth floor, where abundant sunlight helps influence the aging process.
These carefully selected locations create an exceptionally balanced and flavorful bourbon. The nose offers cherry cobbler with rum sauce and a hint of oak. Notes of cherry cola, vanilla bean, and toasted oak shape the palate, followed by a long finish featuring spearmint, coffee, raisin bread, and anise. This one-time release is available in very limited quantities.
