Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Liquor Bar Delivery is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies at its sole discretion. Liquor Bar Delivery also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the Website after any such changes, you acknowledge your acceptance of the revised terms and their applicability to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this Website. In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, and if you are not over the age of 21, your right to use this Website will be automatically terminated.

This Return and Exchange Policy ("Return and Exchange Policy") should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which can be found at Liquorbardelivery.com.
- Liquor Bar Delivery does not offer any refunds or returns. All sales are final. In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved, a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the designated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Liquor Bar Delivery, a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses. If the package is returned to Liquor Bar Delivery in a damaged condition due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
- Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- Damaged Product. If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may qualify for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you purchased Liquor Bar Delivery shipping insurance during checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
- Incorrect Orders. In the event that the product you received differs from the item specified on your order receipt, we will arrange for the shipment of the correct item that corresponds to your receipt once we have received the incorrect item back using a return label provided by Liquor Bar Delivery. If the correct item is no longer available, we will provide you with store credit equal to the purchase price of the incorrect item.
- All sales are considered final. If you require cancellation of an order that has not been packaged or shipped, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent (15%).
